The Paseo de Gracia University Residence stands out for being international.

We are a meeting point for residents of different nationalities, all with the same goal: to prepare and train for their undergraduate degrees. At the same time, they have the opportunity to share their experiences with students from different universities, nationalities, and cultures, making it a very enriching experience for everyone.

We occupy several floors of a fully restored and decorated modernist building to ensure your stay with us is comfortable and welcoming. The limited number of places allows us to offer each resident personalized attention, attending to their needs in a friendly and welcoming environment. The residence’s features provide optimal conditions for the essential training and development of students.

The residence is located in the center of Barcelona, a few minutes from the university area, and with an excellent network of buses, trams, metro and Catalan railways that go directly to Sant Cugat (UIC, ESADE, UAB), Bellaterra (UAB) and Plaza Catalunya, BICING and bike lane.

We are located at 284 Aragón Street, next to Paseo de Gracia, in one of the most central areas of Barcelona.
