The Emilie de Villeneuve university student residence in Barcelona stands out for being international. We are a meeting point for residents of different nationalities, all with the same goal, to prepare and train for their degree and at the same time have the opportunity to share their experiences with students from different universities, nationalities and cultures, being a very enriching experience for them.
We occupy different floors of a modernist building that has been completely restored and decorated so that your stay with us is comfortable and welcoming.
The reduced number of places allows us to offer each of the residents personalized attention, in a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The residence has optimal conditions for dedication to study, essential for the student’s training and development.

45 exclusive rooms, mostly singles, all with private bathrooms; in which our residents enjoy independence and privacy.
The rooms are all exterior, very bright, functional and personalized, with heating and air conditioning.

Surrounded by numerous universities (UAO, UIC, LA SALLE, BLANQUERNA, IQS, ESADE, IESE, INSA, EINA…) and has bus stops, Catalan railways (10 minutes to Plaza Catalunya), night bus, neighborhood bus, rail bike and cycling.
